Understanding My Candidate Endorsements Without Campaign Ties

Since last July, when municipal elections began, I have shared posts about candidates running for various offices. Readers have asked about my connection to these candidates or their campaigns. The answer is simple: I have no association with any candidate or campaign. This post explains how I decide which candidates to support and why I share my views without any campaign ties.

I write to inform my subscribers about candidates who align with strong Christian Conservative values, which I believe reflect the majority of Haywood County residents' values. My goal is to help voters understand who these candidates are, what they stand for, and why they deserve consideration. I do not promote candidates for any payment or request. Instead, I base my posts on personal conversations and thorough research.

My process begins with direct discussions with candidates. These conversations give me insight into their character, priorities, and values. I look for candidates who demonstrate:

• Commitment to Christian Conservative principles

• Clear plans to serve their constituents effectively

After these discussions, I research each candidate’s history, public statements, and policy positions. This research helps me confirm whether their values truly align with mine.

When I find a candidate who meets my criteria, I share detailed information with my subscribers. This includes:

• Why I believe the candidate shares strong Christian Conservative values

• What the candidate offers to their community and constituents

• Background information I have gathered through research

I have never worked for any candidate or their campaign. No candidate has ever asked me to promote them. This independence allows me to write freely and honestly without pressure or bias. My readers can trust that my endorsements are based on genuine conviction, not obligation.
