“The Informed Citizen” of Haywood County is Reaching Out To You To Be Relevant and Make a Difference

In Haywood County, a new movement is growing that is resonating with many Haywood County Judeo-Christian conservatives. This initiative is led by a team of Judeo-Christian conservatives eager to influence our local community and the broader political landscape. Known as “The Informed Citizen,” our group has replaced the Concerned Citizens of Haywood County, which previously organized residents for meaningful discussions at the Butter Biscuit restaurant. These enlightening monthly forums were discontinued due to intimidation and harassment tactics from radical left-wing organizations based in Asheville.

Yet, despite these challenges, our dedication to civic engagement persists. We, the members of “The Informed Citizen,” are committed to bringing our community together, sharing vital information, and, as a team, actively engaging in local, state, and national politics.

“The Informed Citizen” is a revival of the Concerned Citizens of Haywood County, a group of county Judeo-Christian conservatives that promoted open dialogue and community involvement. Although the disruption of those forums was unfortunate, it sparked a renewed determination among us to unite Haywood County Judeo-Christian conservatives once again.

Our group focuses on sharing accurate information that directly affects Haywood County residents. Members of “The Informed Citizen” recognize the importance of citizens being informed about local, state, and national issues. We are dedicated to providing our community with the information necessary to encourage civic engagement.

To engage our members effectively, “The Informed Citizen” hosts monthly meetings designed for discussion and insight sharing. These meetings go beyond mere frustration; they serve as constructive platforms for community members to feel empowered. Every meeting features guest speakers who share insights on various topics relevant to Haywood County's residents. From local election issues to national vaccine safety concerns, these experts provide attendees with essential information that helps them make well-informed decisions. This knowledge enables citizens to advocate effectively for their interests.

To prevent disruptions during meetings, we keep details about locations and times confidential. Only individuals who have requested to join our group and have been vetted based on their Republican or Unaffiliated registration status in Haywood County receive this information. This careful approach promotes a respectful space for discussions, free from fear and harassment.

The current state of government and legal systems calls for action. “The Informed Citizen” believes now is the time for dedicated Judeo-Christian conservative citizens to rise above complacency and engage. We recognize that the future of American freedom depends on active civic participation. By collaborating with other organizations and group such as the Haywood County Republican Party, the R, members of “The Informed Citizen” stand firm in our beliefs and advocate for our values. Civic engagement is not just a privilege; it is a responsibility. We are committed to creating meaningful change in our community.
