The Reading Glass Book Store and Publishing's Editorial Review for my book, American Insanity, follows:

-- Editorial Book Review --

"American Insanity" by Leroy E. Cossette reflects on the political climate in the United States, focusing on the perceived decline of its foundational values. The book emphasizes a loss of accountability within the political system and draws comparisons between the America Cossette grew up in and what it has become today.

Cossette's tone is direct and, at times, provocative, which may resonate with readers who share his concerns about the country's direction. His critique of the two-party system and discussion of American citizens’ perceived apathy towards governance offer a perspective on the current state of affairs. However, the language and themes may feel polarizing to some, as the book is framed in strong ideological terms.

While "American Insanity" may appeal to readers who are critical of the current political system or concerned with the erosion of traditional values, its tone and message might not resonate as strongly with those seeking a more balanced or neutral discussion of political issues. The book delivers a passionate argument, but whether it effectively captures the complexity of America’s current political situation may depend on the reader’s own perspective.
