2025 HAYWOOD COUNTY MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS


Haywood County Republicans, please take note of the following information regarding municipal elected office seats that are up for reelection. These seats are predominately held by Democrats and November 2025 we must see a strong Red Surge to flip those seats currently being held by Democrats to Republican candidates.

Requirements To Run For Office Include…

·        Must be a registered voter

·        Reside within the TOWN LIMITS of the office you seek.

·        Must be at least 21 years old on or before Election Day (11/4/2025)

 

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 3: ABSENTEE BY MAIL BALLOTS MAILED OUT TO VOTERS

 

You must submit a request form to receive an Absentee by Mail Ballot. See the tab

below on ways to submit a request form.

 

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 10:  VOTER REGISTRATION DEADLINE

 

Please ensure that you register or update your existing registration by 5:00 PM on October 10.  See the tab below to register or update your registration.  To find out if and where you are registered, use this VOTER LOOKUP TOOL

 


THURSDAY, OCTOBER 16:  IN-PERSON EARLY VOTING BEGINS

 

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 1:  IN-PERSON EARLY VOTING ENDS     

 

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 4:  ELECTION DAY for Municipal Offices

 

PHOTO ID REQUIREMENTS

 

Voters in North Carolina will be required to show a photo ID when casting their ballots. For most voters, they will show their driver's license or state identification card. But there are many other acceptable photo IDs listed at Voter ID | NCSBE. If a voter does not have an acceptable photo ID, they may obtain a No-Fee ID at NCDMV.

Unfortunately most of them you can't even trust these days. They will be nice to your face and stab you in the back when they get the opportunity. Trust me I know a few of these said people and have information on a few that have done me dirty in Haywood county!

That seems to be the truth all the way up to the federal elected individuals. We have to find individuals with true Judeo-Christian conservative values who have a verifiable background and record of meeting these characteristics. We need more people looking around themselves and identifying those in their lives - church, local organizations, friends, neighbors - who live everyday exhibiting these characteristics and then getting them to run for office. If I am made aware of such individuals, I can get them connected with those who will guide them through running for office. My friends can help them raise money to run.


We just need to, first identify them, then second convince them that they are needed and must run…
