Thursday, February 12 - Friday, February 13:       8:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Monday, February 16 - Friday, February 20:      8:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.  

Monday, February 23 - Friday, February 27:       8:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Saturday, February 28:                                           8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

 

ELECTION DAY (MARCH 3RD) VOTING LOCATIONS & TIMERS

 

On Primary Election Day, March 3, 2026, all voting will take place at your assigned Precinct Polling Sites from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

 

 

Leading up to the Primary Elections, numerous opportunities for you to meet and ask questions of our Republican candidates will be hosted by both the Haywood County Republican Party and by Haywood County resident members of the “Informed Citizen” group, which is not affiliated with the Haywood County Republican Party.

January 17 (2:00–4:00 PM) – Jimmy Rogers, Candidate for NC House District 118

January 24 (2:00–4:00 PM) – Mark Mease, Candidate for Haywood County Sheriff

January 31 (11:00 AM–2:00 PM) – Bill Wilke, Candidate for Haywood County Sheriff

February 7 (2:00–5:00 PM) – Mark Pless, Candidate for NC House District 118; County Commissioner candidates Bill Stines, Tommy Long, and David Burnette; and Tax Collector candidate Andrew Ferguson.

These gatherings offer you a relaxed setting to hear directly from candidates, share your concerns and expectations, and ask the questions you want answered so you can make an informed decision about who you will vote for during the election period.
