Anti-ICE Protests Plus Illegal Immigration Welfare Fraud = Insurrection

The United States is witnessing a wave of deadly anti-ICE protests and illegal immigrant welfare fraud across the country, with Minneapolis serving as the flashpoint between radical anti-law, anti-American socialist Democrats and the federal government on both fronts. As a result, Minneapolis has become the epicenter of demonstrations that challenge federal authority. What makes these protests especially alarming is the open encouragement they receive from high-ranking elected socialist-communist Democrat officials. These radical socialist officials are claiming that ICE and the federal government have no jurisdiction in their cities or states. This situation has reached a level of genuine insurrection not seen since the Civil War.

Federal law defines insurrection as a violent or forcible uprising against the authority of the U.S. government or its laws. It usually involves an organized group that aims to disrupt or overthrow governmental functions or obstruct law enforcement. The anti-ICE protests closely fit this definition. These are not isolated acts of civil disobedience but well-coordinated and funded efforts to prevent law enforcement from carrying out their duties, sometimes through violence.

The scale and intensity of these protests are unprecedented in recent history. Unlike the January 6 Capitol demonstrations, which were unarmed and aimed at influencing election certification, anti-ICE protesters actively seek to block law enforcement operations. Some have resorted to attacking officers, their vehicles, and burning of federal buildings. This marks a significant escalation in tactics and intent.

Minneapolis has seen repeated clashes between protesters and law enforcement. What adds fuel to the fire is the stance of local leadership. From the city police chief to the city mayor, up to and including the state governor, there have been consistent public calls encouraging more protests. This level of official support for actions that obstruct federal law enforcement is rare and deeply concerning.

The encouragement from socialist Democrat officials contrasts sharply with the response to the January 6th protest held in Washington, D.C. While those protesters faced harsh prison sentences, most anti-ICE demonstrators are being quickly released, typically without bail, after their arrest. This disparity certainly raises questions about the consistency of law enforcement and the administration of justice.

The January 6 event involved demonstrators traveling to Washington, D.C., to protest the 2020 election results. They sought to hear former President Trump speak and persuade Congress not to certify the election. Importantly, these protesters were unarmed and did not engage in widespread violence.

In contrast, anti-ICE protests are characterized by armed participants who are willing to use violence to prevent law enforcement from doing their jobs. Federal buildings have been set on fire, and officers have been attacked. This level of aggression and lawlessness is a defining feature of the current unrest.

The political environment has intensified these protests. Many socialist Democrats openly support the demonstrators, framing ICE and federal immigration enforcement as illegitimate. This rhetoric undermines the rule of law and emboldens protesters to escalate their actions.

This unrest is part of a broader pattern of chaos associated with socialist policies and institutions. Trump’s efforts to dismantle radical socialist organizations such as the World Economic Forum, World Health Organization, NATO, and the United Nations reflect a pushback against a global order conservatives view as harmful to American sovereignty.

Conservative victories in elections worldwide suggest a shift in political power. This shift, sometimes called the Great Awakening, has left socialist groups panicked and desperate. The anti-ICE protests are only a symptom of this broader struggle for control and influence.

The current situation demands close attention. The protests represent a genuine insurrection, not merely civil unrest. The federal government faces a choice: intervene decisively or allow the chaos to continue and see how local leaders handle the fallout.

For citizens, understanding what is at stake is crucial. These protests challenge the very foundations of law enforcement and governance. The resolution of this conflict will shape the future of our Republic and the rule of law. For this reason, it is time for President Trump to invoke the Insurrection Act, end the radical socialists' attempt to undermine our Republic and the rule of law, and arrest and hold accountable all elected officials and individuals who have been instigating and funding this insurrection and profiting from the illegal immigration welfare fraud.
