It’s not just crooked Joe Biden; it’s unconstitutional Joe Biden. Why? Last Tuesday, he announced his latest unconstitutional plans to grant back-door amnesty to approximately half a million illegal immigrants currently in the U.S.
For unconstitutional Joe and his back-room handlers, constitutional restrictions or laws passed by Congress are no more than minor obstacles to be worked around when he and his handlers have a policy objective.
To date, we have seen unconstitutional Joe transfer billions of dollars in student loans from college students who signed contracts making them legally responsible for those loans to us taxpayers; unconstitutional Joe is pushing for massive financial breaks on mortgages for first-time buyers as well as financial breaks on the cost of renovating or selling that home when they are ready to upgrade. Something the rest of us were not provided. Or the handing over of millions in grant money from the so-called Inflation Reduction Act to activists who support illegal immigration. Unconstitutional Joe and his handlers act as if limits set by Congress are just for us little people.
This approach is ironic for a man who likes to say that democracy is hanging by a thread and claims to uphold the rule of law.
Congress intended immigration parole to be used by the secretary of the Department of Homeland Security to allow a few hundred migrants a year into the country in exceptional circumstances. But Unconstitutional Joe and his handlers have used it to create a string of “McVisa” programs benefiting Afghans, then Ukrainians, and then Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans.
Unconstitutional Joe and his handlers are using the “McVisa” programs to allow illegals on their way to our southern border to book an appointment on the CBP One app so they could show up at a port of entry from favored countries to cut into line rather than go through the legal immigration process.
Unconstitutional Joe calls this parole loophole “parole in place,” in place being here in the U.S., living off of our tax dollars. Further, “parole in place” is nothing more than the Marxist Democrat Party’s attempt to grant “amnesty” to illegal immigrants because, under U.S. immigration law, aliens who’ve entered illegally can’t get green cards through their spouses because they’ve never been “admitted.” This isn’t just “bureaucratic hurdles,” as The Washington Post would have you believe. It was a deliberate act by Congress to make it harder for migrants to enter the U.S. illegally and stay with impunity.
Biden’s new amnesty once again subverts the will of Congress by treating an alien who is paroled the same as someone who was legally admitted, thus eliminating the three- and 10-year bars to return. Once paroled, the half-million alien spouses he paroles in place can apply for green cards and, in due course, become citizens.
This is not only unlawful and unfair but will encourage yet more illegal immigration, fraud, and massive access to already stretched federal and state benefits. It will also throw another half-million cases onto the already impossible workload of Citizenship and Immigration Services.

"American Insanity" addresses what happened to:
The Nation of diverse individuals and institutions which together created—families, schools, congregations, neighborhoods—to advance their ideals and realize their dreams;
The Nation that encouraged equality for all citizens and embraced the inherent value of every single human being God creates—born and unborn;
The Nation of citizens that could reaffirm the Constitution’s fundamental principles: limited government, separation of powers, individual liberty, and the rule of law;
The Nation which once denounced bigotry, racism, sexism, antisemitism, ethnic prejudice, and religious intolerance which recognized God–not government–as the Author of these principles;
The Nation that stood strong against tyranny and was willing to fight at home and abroad to protect the lives and fundamental liberties of all people;
The Nation of a growing economy that gave everyone—regardless of background--a chance in life, an opportunity to learn, work, and realize the prosperity that is made possible by the freedom we hold so dear;
"American Insanity" addresses these questions and more!
