Today on Newsmax, it was announced that Special Council, Robert Hur who was charged by Attorney General Merrick Garland to investigating Joe Biden’s position and handling of classified documents will be recommending that no charges be filed against Biden.
This while President Trump is to appear before a D.C. far-left court and jury, facing multiple charges for his possessing classified documents.
Keep in mind that President Trump as the President had the legal authority to declassify the documents he was in possession of and had the legal authority under the “Presidential Records Act (PRA) of 1978” to retain records following the end of his presidential term.
It can no longer be questioned that the United States of American does indeed have a two-tier legal system. One for Marxist Democrats and one for Conservative Republicans.
This act of misjustice cannot be allowed to stand. American citizens must begin to flood every congressional members office with phone calls, emails, and letters demanding that action be taken to correct this unacceptable act of injustice before the situation in America gets out of hand.
The Swamp is far deeper than we ever knew. Thank you, Trump, for exposing it. I hope the day doesn’t come….but maybe it must.
