Time is of the essence, and we are in a critical situation that demands immediate action. Only six Haywood County Republican patriots have committed to being Poll Observers or Poll Greeters for the upcoming Presidential Elections. Another eight have shown interest, but we await their total commitment. The clock is ticking, and we need your help now. Your immediate action is crucial.
Out of the approximately 16,000 Registered Republicans in Haywood County, 15,986 have not yet stepped up to fulfill their patriotic duty. This is a crucial moment for our Nation, especially after Kamala Harris's recent announcement of her economic vision for America, which advocates Marxist-Communist control over our economy.
The gravity of this election cannot be overstated. The results will determine our future, whether we remain a Constitutional Republic or transform into a Marxist-Communist Nation. Your role as a volunteer is crucial in ensuring honest election results. We all must do our part, and that only happens if we have Republican Observers at all polling stations on every voting day.
I know that most of you have very busy schedules. Still, surely each of you can find just a few hours to work as a Poll Observer (mandatory 4-hour slots) to ensure Election Integrity in Haywood County’s election process or as a Poll Greeter (no time limits) to greet voters and provide them with information pamphlets as they arrive.
Please consider the stakes in play and volunteer by contacting me at cossettele@gmail.com. Let me know that you are ready to help save America.
Below, I have identified the polling sites, voting dates, voting times, and the time slots we need volunteers to cover. Find the dates and time slots you are willing to cover, then pass that information on to me at cossettele@gmail.com so that I can enter you on our schedule.

POLL OBSERVER GUIDELINES
Observer training is required and will be provided via Zoom on various dates at two different times on each day. The schedule is forthcoming, and as soon as I have it, I will send you that information along with a link to register for the training session you select.
Observers may not engage in Electioneering—that is, “influence the outcome of the election by distributing pamphlets, making speeches,” or encouraging a particular candidate at the voting place.
Observers may not impede the voting process or interfere with any person while attempting to vote. Additionally, Election officials shall not prohibit an observer from doing any of the following, provided that the observer does not interfere with the privacy of any voter or the conduct of the election: taking notes in the voting place, including using an electronic device to take notes; listening to conversations between a voter and an election official that take place in the voting place, provided the conversation is related to election administration; moving about the voting place, including the designated area for curbside voting; leaving and reentering the voting enclosure; witnessing any opening and closing procedures at the voting place.
Observers shall not do any of the following inside the voting place: look at, photograph, videotape, or otherwise record the image of any voter’s marked ballot; impede the ingress and egress of any voter in the voting place; inhibit or interfere with any election official in the performance of his or her duties, including interfering with the transport of sealed ballot boxes, election equipment, or election results to the county board of elections; engage in electioneering; make or receive phone calls while in the voting place.
The chief judge may first warn observers who violate any of the rules above; however, additional infractions will result in disqualification and removal from the voting location.
Observers shall serve no less than four hours and may only be relieved after the four hours by another observer on the list provided by the County Chair. Observers appointed to serve as at-large countywide or statewide observers may enter and exit polls as appropriate and are not bound by the four-hour restriction.
ALL POLL OBSERVERS ARE REQUIRED TO TAKE A ONE-HOUR ZOOM TRAINING, WHICH WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE NC GOP TRAINING COORDINATOR. AS SOON AS I RECEIVE THE INFORMATION REGARDING TRAINING DATES AND TIMES, I WILL PASS THAT INFORMATION ON TO YOU.
