The Biden–Harris nightmare is over, and President Trump is ushering in the golden era. He has signed over three-hundred-fifty Executive Orders to undo the harm inflicted on “We the People” and our Constitutional Republic. However, those executive orders can be rescinded should the Socialist-Democrat regain control.
Those Executive Orders must be codified into law to prevent rescinding by a future Democrat-controlled Congress.
However, those Executive Orders addressing fiscal irresponsibility, jurisdictional overreach, and term limits are so critical to the survival of our Republic that they must be incorporated into our Constitution as Amendments.
How? Through the convening of an Article V Convention of States. Why? Because Congress will never do so!
Keynote Speaker
Our 2025 convention Keynote Speaker will be Jeff Groh. Jeff is a small business owner and resident of Hendersonville, North Carolina. Jeff, who joined the North Carolina Convention of States movement in 2017 as a District Captain, is now a member of the North Carolina Convention of States state leadership team and a Regional Captain for the western North Carolina Mountain Region.
Jeff will provide an educational presentation on the U.S. Constitution, emphasizing Article V, which provides “We the People,” through our State Legislators, with a pathway to ratify amendments to the Constitution to reign in our out-of-control government.
Jeff will help his audience better understand Article V and the convening of a Convention of States. He will explain why we need to convene a Convention of States, how the process works, where the effort stands nationally and in North Carolina, and how you can get involved to return power to the states and “We the People” as our founders intended.
President Trump, Vice President Vance, House Speaker Mike Johnson, and many other prominent political influencers support convening a Convention of States.
Convention of States – Background
The Convention of States ( www.conventionofstates.com ) is a national, all-volunteer grassroots organization founded by Mark Meckler, who founded the Tea Party Patriots, and Michael Farris, who founded the Home School Legal Defense Association and is past president of the Alliance Defending Freedom.
The mission is to build the largest conservative grassroots organization this country has ever seen. There are more than 5 Million supporters across the country and 100,000 here in NC.
A goal within that broader mission is to use Article V of the U.S. Constitution, which provides a way to bypass Congress, to call a convention of states to debate the addition of amendments for 1) term limits on federal officials, 2) imposing fiscal restraints, and 3) restricting the size and scope of the federal government.
The proposed amendments would be then sent to the states for ratification.
