BILL INTRODUCED TO ELIMINATE 2nd AMENDMENT

On January 16th, 2024, the United States Senate introduced a bill “S.3589” to amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit unauthorized private paramilitary activity, and for other purposes. This Act is cited as the “Preventing Private Paramilitary Activity Act of 2024”.

The amendment to Title 18, United States Code reads, in part, as follows:

“§ 2742. Unauthorized private paramilitary activity

“(a) Offense.— It shall be unlawful to knowingly, in a circumstance described in subsection (b), while acting as part of or on behalf of a private paramilitary organization and armed with a firearm, explosive or incendiary device, or other dangerous weapon—

(1) publicly patrol, drill, or engage in techniques capable of causing bodily

injury or death;

(2) interfere with, interrupt, or attempt to interfere with or interrupt

government operations or a government proceeding;

(3) interfere with or intimidate another person in that person's exercise of any

right under the Constitution of the United States;

(4) assume the functions of a law enforcement officer, peace officer, or public

official, whether or not acting under color of law, and thereby assert

authority or purport to assert authority over another person without the

consent of that person; or

(5) train to engage in any activity described in paragraphs (1) through (4).

After you read this amendment your first thought will be that it sounds very benign and appropriate, but that is only true on the surface.

However, it is very clear that the Marxist-Democrat Party is well aware that their continuing tyranny, oppression, and attempts to morph our constitutional republic into an unconstitutional Marxist nation will eventually reach a boiling point within the citizenry and may well lead to the uprising of our citizens against their tyranny and oppression:

Ø  Committed to converting existing federal institutions into politicalized and

weaponized entities against its own citizens, American corporations, businesses, and

educational institutions. 

Ø  Which has weaponizing and politicizing the Department of Injustice to an intolerable

state and imprisoned protesters for political reasons;

Ø  Which has weaponizing and politicizing the Federal Bureau of Investigation against

the American citizens.

  Ø  Which is in the process of weaponizing and politicizing today’s banking system to

enforce ideological agendas. Dissenters will risk having their accounts cancelled for

opposing the Marxist-Democrat Party agenda.

Ø  Which has weaponizing and politicizing the Internal Revenue Service against

American citizens to target any conservative individual, movement, or organizations

which opposes the Marxist-Democrat movement to take over our Constitutional

Republic.

Ø  Which has weaponizing and politicizing the Department of Education with the radical

teaching of Critical Race Theory; the teaching and counselling of young students in

gender affirming issues; and the exposing of our children to age-inappropriate

reading material and sexually erotic performances by transgenders;

Ø  Which has allowed biological males to utilize girls’ bathrooms or compete in girls’

sports;

Ø  Which has allowed our cities to spiral into havens of violent out-of-control crime.

Federal agencies which are now 'political police', not political servants.

What the American people are now being faced with is a political party determined to forever eliminate our Nation’s Constitution and our God given rights under that Constitution.

We citizens of the United State demand a Nation free of oppression and tyranny, which our Founding Fathers had endured in England and is now being imposed on “We the People.”

The Marxist-Democrat Party’s greatest fear is that the citizens of this country will eventually decide that enough is enough and if the radical Marxist-Democrat Party refuses to change course and continues down this road there will be an uprising of the citizenry.

In order to protect ourselves and our constitutional republic against radical efforts to eliminate, ignore, or circumvent the Constitution through the persecuting and prosecuting of political opposition, the Constitution gives us the right, under the Second Amendment, to establish “A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

It does not restrict or deny the citizens of this country from forming an armed private paramilitary organization to protect ourselves and our State against a tyrannical and oppressive government.

It does not indicate that such a “well-regulated Militia” be sanctioned or accountable to the state government or the federal government.

For this reason, the Marxist-Democrat Party is attempting to codify the inability of the American citizens to protect ourselves against a rouge government.
